It identifies the product name, SKU, any visible stock status, and seller details, then generates a well-structured inquiry that asks about current availability for the specific product, references the product name or SKU, specifies the desired quantity, and asks about restock timing if currently unavailable. You can choose between a direct or polite style, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your email client.

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying product listings, stock status, inventory information, or seller details. Common sources include Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify stores, WooCommerce sites, and other e-commerce platforms.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a product listing, stock status, or inventory information. Open the BotGentz extension and select Product Availability Inquiry Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter the desired quantity, and optionally any timing preference or product details note. Select your preferred style (direct or polite) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Inquiry" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant product and stock details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, clear availability inquiry email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

TECHNICAL SECTION — PRODUCT AND INVENTORY DETAIL EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on e-commerce and inventory communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing inventory indicators such as "availability," "in stock," "out of stock," "quantity," "inventory," "restock," "sold out," "backorder," "SKU," "stock," and "availability date." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the product data and surrounding structural markers (stock status badges, quantity fields, restock dates, product names, SKU numbers). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a product availability context using features like inventory language frequency ("in stock," "out of stock," "available," "sold out"), quantity patterns, restock date references, and stock status markers. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into four core categories: the product name and SKU, the current stock status, the available quantity, and any restock or backorder information. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, quantity, timing, product note, and style preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete availability inquiry with standardized sections (introduction, product reference, availability question, quantity specification, timing preference if applicable, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

AI-generated availability inquiries are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss stock details or misread availability information. Websites change their product page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
