It identifies key product features, dimensions, materials, compatibility, usage instructions, and customer concerns, then generates relevant questions and answers covering features, sizing, materials, usage, shipping, returns, and compatibility. You can choose between 3, 5, or 7 questions, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in product listings, e-commerce platforms, or customer support documentation.

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying product descriptions, specifications, reviews, or listing details. Common sources include Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify stores, WooCommerce sites, and other e-commerce platforms.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a product description, specifications, or listing details. Open the BotGentz extension and select Product Listing FAQ Generator from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Select how many questions you would like to generate (3, 5, or 7) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Generate FAQ" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant product information and sends it to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a structured FAQ section in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your product listing.

TECHNICAL SECTION — PRODUCT ATTRIBUTE AND CONCERN EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on e-commerce and product listing communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing product indicators such as "description," "specifications," "details," "dimensions," "materials," "features," "reviews," "shipping," and "returns." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the product data and surrounding structural markers (attribute lists, technical specifications, bullet points, customer questions). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a product listing context using features like product language frequency ("dimensions," "weight," "color," "material," "compatible"), measurement patterns, material references, and usage indicators. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into six core categories: product features and benefits, size and dimensions, materials and construction, compatibility and usage, shipping and delivery, and returns and warranties. Finally, the structured clusters are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate relevant Q&A pairs from the extracted product information, reducing hallucination and ensuring accurate, contextually appropriate answers.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

AI-generated FAQs are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before publishing, as interpretations may occasionally miss product details or misread specifications. Websites change their product listing formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
