About this app

WHAT IT DOES

Pump-and-Dump Pattern Detector reads live on-chain data from any EVM token and uses AI to detect pump-and-dump schemes, price manipulation, and whale-driven market abuse. It analyzes token price history derived from DEX liquidity pool reserves, tracking rapid price spikes and subsequent crashes. It monitors liquidity pool reserves over time to detect sudden liquidity removal that signals exit scams. It examines holder distribution changes to identify concentration risk—tokens where one wallet holds over 30% of supply are high risk. It tracks large transfer events (whale movements) to detect coordinated selling patterns. It analyzes token creation timestamps and deployer address history for patterns associated with scam factories. The AI generates a plain-language verdict—SAFE, WARNING, or DANGER—along with specific explanations of the manipulation risks before you buy or trade the token.

HOW TO USE

Paste any EVM token contract address into the input field. The tool reads the contract's bytecode and queries token metadata including name, symbol, decimals, total supply, and owner address. It scans transfer event logs to build a holder distribution map and calculate top holder concentration. It tracks the largest transfer events to identify whale activity that may indicate coordinated selling. It attempts to locate the token's liquidity pool and reads reserve balances to estimate price trends. The AI receives all this data and returns a verdict: SAFE (no manipulation signs), WARNING (some concerning patterns), or DANGER (clear pump-and-dump indicators). The AI also provides a detailed plain-language explanation of the specific manipulation risks and why the token exhibits these patterns.

CHUNKED LOG SCANNING WITH AUTOMATIC BACKOFF AND WHALE DETECTION

The tool fetches transfer event logs to build holder distribution maps and identify large transfers. Public RPC endpoints enforce varying block range limits per request—some allow 10,000 blocks, others only 2,000, and some reject requests that span more than a few hundred blocks. This tool automatically detects the per-request range limit by probing and adjusts batch sizes accordingly. It walks backwards from the current block in chunks and, if a request fails due to a range limit, it halves the chunk size and retries. If a request fails due to rate limiting, it backs off exponentially and resumes from the last successfully scanned block. The scan is capped to the most recent 200,000 blocks to balance completeness against performance. For each transfer log, the tool aggregates holder balances to calculate concentration and tracks the largest individual transfers to flag whale activity. It also identifies the deployer address from the contract creation transaction to correlate with known scam patterns. The tool attempts to locate the token's liquidity pool by checking if the contract is a Uniswap V2 pair or scanning for PairCreated events. If a pool is found, it reads reserve0 and reserve1 to calculate the token price.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot detect off-market manipulation or wash trading not visible on-chain—traders can coordinate through private channels without on-chain evidence. It cannot analyze off-chain sentiment beyond what is provided as input. It cannot predict future price movements with certainty; all assessments are based on historical and current on-chain patterns. It cannot detect pump-and-dump coordinated through private channels, social media, or Telegram groups that are not visible on-chain. It cannot analyze price data from DEXs not connected to the chosen network. It cannot detect tokens that are pumped through centralized exchanges not connected to on-chain data. It cannot see pending transactions not yet in the mempool. It cannot verify if price movements are organic vs manipulated without additional context. It cannot analyze tokens that have no liquidity pool or where the pool is not accessible through standard interfaces.

PLEASE NOTE

EVM chains only. This tool reads on-chain data and generates AI explanations—it does NOT sign transactions or execute any on-chain actions. The wallet's own signature prompt remains the final gate for every real action. Always review the exact transaction details in your wallet before approving any token purchase or trade. The AI assessment is informational only and does not constitute financial advice. Past performance and patterns do not guarantee future results. Always conduct your own research before investing in any token.
