By doing so, it surfaces the local app availability, per-minute rates, currency options, calling packages, destination-specific pricing, and promotional offers that are normally shown to users browsing from that region. This makes it easier to compare regional VOIP rates, discover cost-effective calling plans, and navigate the complex landscape of carrier-imposed regional rate differences.

WHAT THE REGION CHANGES — SPECIFIC

When the region is set to a specific country, this app reflects the following practical changes:

• App availability becomes visible — Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Voice, Viber, Telegram, Signal, and regional VOIP providers have different regional footprints and local carrier integrations.

• Currency and per-minute rates are shown — USD with US to US calling free, US to EU at $0.02/min, and US to Asia at $0.03/min in the US; GBP with UK to UK free, UK to EU at £0.015/min, and UK to US at £0.02/min in the UK; INR with IN to IN free, IN to US at ₹1.5/min, and IN to EU at ₹2/min in India.

• Calling packages are displayed — unlimited US calling at $10/mo in the US; unlimited UK calling at £8/mo in the UK; unlimited IN calling at ₹200/mo in India.

• Promotional offers are highlighted — first month 50% off in the US; UK-specific deals in the UK; local payment method discounts in India.

• Destination-specific pricing variations are noted — rates to different countries vary significantly based on region, carrier agreements, and local termination fees.

This is not a universal unlock — it changes what is shown, not what is available. The visible rate options and regional insights update based on the region value passed to the platform.

HOW TO USE

Open the app over any VOIP provider website or calling app where you want to see regional rate variations. It works in two modes:

• Layered over a live page — activate the panel while browsing the VOIP platform; the page stays in the background and you can consult the region status, app availability, and rate differences without losing your place.

• Full frame — when there is no underlying page, the app stands alone as a dashboard showing the current region and the expected VOIP calling information.

Once the app is open, check the region chip in the header to confirm you are browsing as a specific country. If not, use the "switch" button or the "Prompt region change" button in the main card to ask BotSurf to switch. When a region change is initiated, your browser will ask for permission to reload; accept the reload to apply the new region to the page underneath. If you choose not to reload, the app will still show the updated region status, but the underlying calling page will continue to use the previous region until it is refreshed manually.

Use the editable reference table to keep notes of VOIP rate data you have observed — it is a static memory aid, not a live feed. The consistency check helps you see if your own browser signals (timezone, language) agree with the claimed region, which is important because some VOIP providers cross-check these signals.

WHAT IT CANNOT DO

This app does not route traffic or mask your IP address — BotSurf handles that separately. It cannot bypass carrier-imposed regional rate restrictions, which are enforced by VOIP providers and local carriers based on your detected location, account billing address, and regional rate agreements. It cannot guarantee access to any specific rate or calling plan, as availability depends on provider policies, carrier partnerships, and regional agreements. It cannot override the terms of service of VOIP providers such as Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Voice, Viber, Telegram, Signal, or any other provider. It cannot authenticate with a service or account — you must have a valid payment method and account to make calls. It cannot affect account entitlements, call history, or credit balances that are tied to your billing address or registered location rather than your browsing region. It is a front-end region indicator and informational tool, not a licence circumvention or authentication solution.

PLEASE NOTE

Many VOIP providers actively detect and block VPN or region-switching traffic. While this app is designed to work with BotSurf, some services may still serve a default global view or require a local billing address or payment method to access regional rates. Terms of service for these platforms may prohibit using region-switching tools to access region-restricted rates; users should review applicable terms and use this tool responsibly. This app does not store personal or payment data — all region state is held in memory only for the current page session. VOIP rate data in the reference table is static and not guaranteed to be current; always verify with the provider.
