The AI translates these technical details into a plain-language narrative with a clear verdict (Active Wallet, Quiet Activity, DeFi-Focused, NFT-Focused, High-Volume, or Mixed Activity), transaction-by-transaction explanations grouped by type, protocols interacted with, tokens transferred and amounts, notable transactions highlighted, and a final overall summary of the wallet's activity. This is an essential tool for anyone who wants to understand what a wallet has been doing on-chain without reading raw transaction data.
HOW TO USE
1. Connect your Web3 wallet (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BSC, or any EVM-compatible chain).
2. Select the network that matches your target chain from the dropdown.
3. Enter the wallet address you want to analyze.
4. Select the number of transactions to explain (5, 10, 20, or 50 most recent).
5. Click "explain transaction history" to read on-chain transaction data and generate an AI explanation.
6. Review the activity verdict, transaction-by-transaction explanations, grouped patterns, notable transactions, and overall summary.
7. Use the explanation to understand wallet behavior, evaluate counterparty activity, or analyze your own transaction history.
8. Remember: the AI explanation is generated from on-chain data — always review your wallet's signature prompt before signing.
TECHNICAL MECHANISM
Wallet Transaction History Explainer reads real on-chain transaction data for the specified wallet address. The tool queries transaction history and retrieves transaction details including call data, logs, and status. It decodes transaction call data by identifying function signatures and parsing parameters using known ABI definitions. It extracts token transfer data from ERC-20 Transfer events and identifies token amounts and addresses. It identifies contract interactions by analyzing target addresses and function signatures against a database of known protocols. It records transaction timestamps, gas usage, and status for each transaction. The parsed and decoded data is then passed to the AI bridge (BGAI.generate) which produces a structured narrative explanation in plain language. The AI explanation is capped at 1,024 tokens and focuses on clear, actionable explanations rather than technical details. The tool presents the explanation before any action is taken, enabling the user to understand what the wallet has been doing.
WHAT IT CANNOT SEE
This tool cannot verify that transaction history is complete or that it captures all wallet activity — some transactions may be off-chain or on other chains. It cannot detect off-chain wallet activity or intent behind transactions. It cannot guarantee that decoded call data accurately reflects the original transaction intent — decodings may be incomplete for custom or unverified contracts. It cannot ensure that all transaction types are decoded correctly — some contracts may be misidentified. The AI analysis is based solely on on-chain transaction data — it cannot detect off-chain intent, social relationships, or predict future behavior. Always verify critical information independently and never rely solely on automated analysis for financial decisions. The AI explanation is generated and does not replace reviewing what you are actually signing in your wallet.

Wallet Transaction History Explainer supports EVM-compatible blockchains only (Ethereum Mainnet, Goerli, Polygon, Arbitrum One, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, and others via network selection). The tool requires a free API key for the AI bridge. The tool never submits transactions or signs messages; it is strictly read-only. The AI explanation is generated after reading transaction data — always review your wallet's signature prompt before approving any transaction. The number of transactions affects the scope of the analysis; more transactions provide more comprehensive explanations but may take longer. Transaction decoding relies on known ABIs — custom or unverified contracts may not be fully decoded.
