WHAT IT DOES

Wix Store Inventory Sync Status Badge scans the current page for Wix Store inventory data, extracting product names, SKUs, stock quantities, inventory status, and sync indicators from Wix store admin and inventory management pages. The floating panel shows a sync status badge displaying inventory sync health, last sync time, and products with sync issues. Color-coded indicators (green for synced, yellow for pending, red for failed) and a summary of sync status counts provide quick visibility. Filter by sync status and product category, and export inventory sync data as CSV or text. Products with sync conflicts are highlighted, and sync trends are tracked over time.

Works on Wix Store admin pages, including inventory management, product listings, and sync status dashboards. The script detects inventory products using Wix-specific selectors and extracts sync metadata. It works best on Wix Store admin inventory pages.

HOW TO USE

The panel displays a summary of sync status counts (Synced, Pending, Failed, Total) followed by a list of all detected products. Each product shows its name, SKU, stock quantity, sync status, and last sync time with color coding. Click "Scan Inventory" to detect all products on the current page. The product list is sorted by sync status priority (Failed first, then Pending, then Synced). Export the sync data as text for reporting or analysis. The panel automatically highlights products directly in the product list on the page with colored borders.

MECHANISM — INVENTORY EXTRACTION WITH SYNC STATUS CLASSIFICATION

The script detects Wix Store products by finding product rows using selectors (.product-row, .inventory-item). From each row, it extracts the product name, SKU, stock quantity, sync status, and last sync time using targeted sub-selectors. Sync status is classified by matching status text against keywords: "synced" or "complete" for synced, "pending" or "syncing" for pending, "failed" or "error" for failed. The summary counts products in each category, and the list is sorted by status priority (failed first). The script also adds a colored border to each product row on the page for visual reference. All extraction and classification runs client-side with no network calls.

THE PANEL

The floating panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per domain. Click the minimize button to collapse it to a small bubble, or press Escape to hide it. The panel automatically adjusts to different screen sizes and can be resized to show more content. All settings, including sync thresholds and colors, are saved per domain. The panel integrates smoothly with any page layout using the BGPanel framework, maintaining clean separation from page content.

PLEASE NOTE

This script requires the free BotGentz extension to run. It does not send any data to external servers; all extracted inventory data and settings remain entirely local to your browser using GM_setValue. The script never reads password fields, hidden inputs, or file inputs. It stores only product names, SKUs, stock quantities, sync statuses, and timestamps from publicly visible Wix Store admin page content. Product detection depends on the page structure; if products are not detected, use the "Scan Inventory" button to refresh extraction. The script works on Wix Store admin pages and detects pages by hostname. Sync status classification is based on text keywords and may vary with page structure. Data persists across browser sessions and is isolated per browser profile.
