About this app
WHAT IT DOES
This tool provides a comprehensive view of your EVM wallet portfolio by aggregating data from the Zapper API. It reads your wallet balances, token holdings, and DeFi positions—including lending positions, liquidity pool shares, and yield farm deposits—across multiple EVM chains. You can filter by network and view the total USD value of your portfolio, with individual position breakdowns. The tool connects to your wallet via BGWallet and fetches all available data from Zapper's indexed protocols, displaying it in a clean, sortable interface.
HOW TO USE
Connect your EVM wallet using the "Connect" button, or manually enter any wallet address in the lookup field. Select the network you want to view (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, BSC, Fantom, or Gnosis). Click "Look up portfolio" to fetch data from the Zapper API. The tool will display your total portfolio value in USD, a list of all positions with their balances and values, and network-specific details. If you connected your wallet, the address is pre-filled automatically. The results show each position's symbol, balance, and USD value, sorted from highest to lowest.
TECHNICAL MECHANISM
The tool queries the Zapper API endpoint at https://api.zapper.fi/v1/protocols/balances with the provided wallet address and network parameter. Zapper aggregates data from multiple blockchain sources and DeFi protocols, returning a structured response with each position's balance in native units and USD value. The tool parses this response, sums the total USD value across all positions, and sorts individual positions by value descending. The API response includes the symbol, balance, and balanceUSD for each token or position, which are displayed in a table format. The tool uses the connected wallet's address if no manual address is provided, and supports multiple networks by passing the appropriate network parameter to the API.
WHAT IT CANNOT SEE
The tool cannot view positions on non-EVM chains (e.g., Solana, Bitcoin) or protocols that are not indexed by Zapper's API. It cannot show real-time pending transactions or mempool activity—only confirmed on-chain data is available. It cannot provide accurate cost basis or profit/loss calculations without full transaction history, which may be incomplete or unavailable through the API. It cannot access wallet data without explicit user connection—you must connect your wallet or enter an address manually. It cannot detect off-chain holdings (e.g., centralized exchange balances, fiat currency) or assets in wallets you do not specify. It does not support cross-chain portfolio aggregation across multiple wallets in a single view—each wallet and network must be looked up separately.
PLEASE NOTE
This tool is for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. Portfolio values are estimates based on data from Zapper and may not reflect exact market prices or pending transactions. Always verify your holdings directly on-chain before making any decisions. The Zapper API is subject to rate limits and availability; if the API is down, the tool will display an error. This tool only works with EVM-compatible chains and protocols tracked by Zapper. Use at your own risk.
