This AI agent creates clear, organized schedule drafts for babysitting co-ops. Enter your co-op name, a list of member families with contact information, available dates and times, and any special notes (location rotation, age ranges, emergency contacts). The agent returns a complete, ready-to-share schedule with a co-op header, schedule summary, bulleted assignment list (maximum five items), contact information, and important notes. If you miss any critical detail—co-op name, member families, or available dates—the agent lists exactly what is missing instead of generating an incomplete draft.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your AI key once (the host validates it). Enter your co-op name, list member families with contact details and any preferences, provide available dates and time slots, and add special notes. Press "Generate Schedule" or click "Use Page Selection" to pull highlighted text from any page directly into your dates field. The panel displays a polished, clear schedule. Copy it into your co-op email, shared document, or group messaging platform.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends only the text you enter: co-op name, member families, available dates and times, and special notes. No browsing history, cookies, page content, or personal data is transmitted. The request triggers only when you press the button or use the selection feature. Usage logs record run counts for billing; they do not store or transmit the content of your requests or the AI responses. Your schedules remain local to your session.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Includes 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial starts on installation and ends after 7 days or 100 runs, whichever comes first. After that, your card is charged monthly.

THE PANEL

Floating, draggable panel that stays out of your way. Snap it to any screen edge, collapse it to a small bubble, or dismiss it with the Escape key. The panel position persists across sessions if you have state persistence enabled in BotSurf. The collapsed bubble shows a star emoji for quick identification.
