Open the agent inside BotSurf. Paste your OpenAI API key once (it stays locally in your browser). In the input box, paste your business type, industry, and reporting needs. Press the "Build chart of accounts" button. Within seconds, the agent returns your structured chart of accounts. Copy it, share it with your finance team, or use it as the foundation for your accounting system setup.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you paste into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not access your browser history, files, emails, or any other data. It does not send any identifying metadata beyond the content you explicitly submit. The only external transmission is that text to the AI API. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; they do not store, log, or transmit the content of your business details or the generated chart.
