HOW TO USE

Open the agent inside BotSurf. Paste your OpenAI API key once (it stays locally in your browser). In the input box, paste your invoice number, original amount, adjustment reason, and credit amount. Press the "Draft credit note" button. Within seconds, the agent returns your structured credit note draft. Copy it, review it with your finance team, and issue it to your client.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you paste into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not access your browser history, files, emails, or any other data. It does not send any identifying metadata beyond the content you explicitly submit. The only external transmission is that text to the AI API. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; they do not store, log, or transmit the content of your invoice details or the generated credit note. Your data and the generated output remain solely on your device unless you choose to save or share them.
