WHAT IT DOES

The AI Customer Health Note Summarizer is a specialized assistant that helps customer success teams, account managers, and sales professionals quickly assess customer health. You provide interaction notes, support tickets, or account observations, and the agent returns a structured health summary with five key sections: (1) a customer overview providing key account context and recent activity, (2) engagement indicators—positive signals such as renewals, product usage, or referrals, (3) risk signals—negative indicators including complaints, churn cues, or low activity, (4) a simple health score—Green, Yellow, or Red with brief justification, and (5) recommended actions—specific steps to improve or maintain customer health. The output is capped at 1,024 tokens and is designed for quick review during account reviews or planning sessions.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent from your BotSurf AI Agents panel. The first time you use any AI agent, you will need to paste your API key once—it is stored securely and never leaves your device. Then, paste your customer notes into the input box. You can also use the "Use page selection" button to pull selected text directly from the page you are viewing. Click "Summarize Customer Health" and within moments you will receive a structured summary. The agent runs entirely in a sandboxed frame in BotSurf with no browser extension required.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click the summarize button, the agent sends exactly the text you have entered into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page content, browser history, cookies, or any other data. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred and the timestamp, for billing purposes; the content of your request is never stored or logged by BotGentz. The text is transmitted securely and processed by the AI model to generate your summary.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent requires an active subscription at $4.99 per month, which includes 100 analysis runs per month. A 7-day free trial is available so you can evaluate the tool before committing. Unused runs do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf subscription settings—no questions asked.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable panel within BotSurf. Drag it by the title bar to position it anywhere on your screen—the position is remembered for next time. The panel snaps to the nearest edge when dragged close to the screen border, making it easy to tuck out of the way. Collapse it to a compact title bar with a single click on the header. Press the Escape key to hide the panel; click its icon in the toolbar to show it again.
