Given a CSM name, title, assigned client(s), areas of expertise, and key objectives, it identifies the five most important introduction priorities for establishing trust and setting expectations. For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that aspect matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding communication. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter the CSM name—this could be Sarah Johnson or Mike Chen. Provide the CSM's title, such as Senior Customer Success Manager or CSM Lead. List the assigned client(s), one per line, such as Acme Corp, Global Enterprises, or TechStart Inc.
