The agent returns a complete response draft with an executive summary, bulleted capability responses matching key requirements (maximum four items), key differentiators, and a clear call-to-action for next steps. If you miss any critical detail—company name, product name, or RFP summary—the agent lists exactly what is missing instead of generating an incomplete draft.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your AI key once (the host validates it). Enter your company name, product name, key differentiators, and a summary of the RFP requirements. Press "Generate Response" or click "Use Page Selection" to pull highlighted text from any page directly into your RFP field. The panel displays a polished response draft. Copy it into your proposal template, refine it with your team, and submit it as part of your RFP response package.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends only the text you enter: company name, product name, key differentiators, and RFP summary. No browsing history, cookies, page content, or personal data is transmitted. The request triggers only when you press the button or use the selection feature. Usage logs record run counts for billing; they do not store or transmit the content of your requests or the AI responses. Your response drafts remain local to your session.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Includes 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial starts on installation and ends after 7 days or 100 runs, whichever comes first. After that, your card is charged monthly.

Floating, draggable panel that stays out of your way. Snap it to any screen edge, collapse it to a small bubble, or dismiss it with the Escape key. The panel position persists across sessions if you have state persistence enabled in BotSurf. The collapsed bubble shows a star emoji for quick identification.
