Given a feature name, target audience, rollout percentage or schedule, and key benefits, it identifies the five most important messaging priorities for keeping your audience informed throughout the rollout. For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that message matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding announcement. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter the name of the feature you are rolling out—this could be a new UI component, backend service, or product capability. Specify your target audience, such as all users, beta testers, specific customer segments, or internal teams. Provide your rollout percentage or schedule, for example "10% → 50% → 100%" or "weekly increments over 4 weeks". Then list your key benefits, one per line, describing what users will gain from the feature. Press the "Draft announcements" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a structured announcement plan highlighting the five most critical messaging priorities, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use subject line for emails or internal communications. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull benefits from the current page if they are already documented.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft announcements", the agent sends exactly the feature name, target audience, rollout details, and benefits you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your feature or communication details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your rollout information is not stored or used for training.
