The output is organised into five clear sections: a priority level (high, medium, or low) for each request, an effort estimate (small, medium, or large) to guide resourcing, a business value assessment (high, medium, or low) to quantify impact, 2 similar requests to group together for efficient delivery, and 2 recommended next steps to move forward. This removes hours of manual analysis and helps your product team make data-driven decisions about what to build next.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent inside BotSurf. Paste your OpenAI API key once (it stays locally in your browser). In the input box, paste your feature request descriptions and context. Press the "Categorise requests" button. Within seconds, the agent returns your structured categorisation. Copy it, share it with your product team, or use it to guide your product roadmap decisions.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you paste into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not access your browser history, files, emails, or any other data. It does not send any identifying metadata beyond the content you explicitly submit. The only external transmission is that text to the AI API. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; they do not store, log, or transmit the content of your feature requests or the generated categorisation. Your data and the generated output remain solely on your device unless you choose to save or share them.
