AI Film Production Call Sheet Drafter
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
This AI agent helps film producers, assistant directors, and production coordinators create clear, professional call sheets that keep cast and crew informed and organized. It takes your film production details—project title, production company, shooting date, call time, location, crew list with roles, and any special notes—and transforms them into a polished call sheet draft suitable for distribution to cast and crew. The output includes a project header that establishes context, a schedule overview with call times organized by department, location details with address and directions, and important reminders covering parking, catering, equipment, and safety. If your input is missing essential details like project title, shooting date, or call time, the agent will ask for those specifics rather than guessing. The result is a clear, professional call sheet that helps ensure everyone arrives on time and prepared.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz key once—the host handles key management automatically. In the text area, enter your film production details in whatever format works for you. You can write free-form notes like "'Edge of Tomorrow' (working title), Silver Light Films, shooting November 12, 2026. Call time 7:00 AM crew, 8:30 AM cast. Location: 1234 Industrial Way, Lot B, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Crew: DP Marcus Webb, Sound Lisa Chen, Gaffer Tom Rodriguez. Special: park in overflow lot, catering at 6:30 AM, bring rain gear." Or use a structured format with labeled fields. Press the "Draft call sheet" button. The agent will process your input and return a polished, professional call sheet draft. You can also use the "Use selection" button to grab selected text from any other page in BotSurf and insert it directly into the input area. Copy the final call sheet with the copy button, then paste it into your email, production management platform, or printed handout.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends only the text currently in the input box when you press the "Draft call sheet" button. It does not send anything on page load, on idle, or automatically. It does not access your clipboard, browser history, files, or any other data outside the input box. Usage logs record the number of generation requests for billing purposes—they do not store, log, or inspect the content of your requests or the AI's responses. The content is transmitted securely over the BotGentz bridge and is used solely to generate your draft in real time. No third party has access to your prompts or outputs.
SUBSCRIPTION
The agent is available for $19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotGentz account dashboard. The free trial starts automatically when you first run the agent and requires no upfront payment. After the trial, you will be charged monthly unless you cancel. The trial includes the full 100 runs for the first month.
THE PANEL
The agent runs as a draggable, resizable panel within BotSurf. You can drag it by the header, snap it to any edge of the browser window, collapse it to a small bubble using the header button, and dismiss it with the Escape key. The panel remembers its position across sessions when you are signed in. It adapts to any window size and works alongside other agents and tools in your BotSurf workspace.
