This removes hours of manual planning and helps your fleet team prevent breakdowns, extend vehicle life, and reduce maintenance costs.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent inside BotSurf. Paste your OpenAI API key once (it stays locally in your browser). In the input box, paste your vehicle details, usage data, and maintenance history. Press the "Plan maintenance" button. Within seconds, the agent returns your structured fleet maintenance plan. Copy it, share it with your fleet team, or use it to guide your maintenance scheduling.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you paste into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not access your browser history, files, emails, or any other data. It does not send any identifying metadata beyond the content you explicitly submit. The only external transmission is that text to the AI API. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; they do not store, log, or transmit the content of your fleet details or the generated plan. Your data and the generated output remain solely on your device unless you choose to save or share them.
