Each question is designed to assess a specific competency—technical skill, problem-solving ability, cultural fit, communication, or leadership potential. The ranking helps you structure your interview from foundational questions to more challenging ones, ensuring you evaluate candidates thoroughly and consistently. No more generic questions or last-minute scrambling—just a focused, repeatable tool that improves your hiring process.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste the job role, industry, or skill requirement you need to assess. Be as specific as possible—include years of experience, key technologies, soft skills, and any unique aspects of the role (e.g., "Senior UX Designer, 5+ years, fintech, Figma, user research, design systems, strong collaboration skills"). Click "Generate Questions" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as a job description, a skills framework, or a competency model. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, bullet-style panel. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable question generator.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Generate Questions," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your job requirements and the model's questions remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.
