Each element covers a critical section—a role summary that captures the position's essence, key responsibilities that define day-to-day work, required qualifications that establish minimum standards, preferred skills that distinguish ideal candidates, and benefits or perks that attract top talent. The ranking ensures your most critical information appears first, making the description easy to scan and understand. No more starting from a blank page—just a structured, repeatable drafting process that improves your hiring outcomes.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste a job title, team context, or key responsibilities. Include as much detail as possible—the role's level, department, core duties, required experience, technical skills, and any unique aspects of your company culture (e.g., "Senior Product Manager, B2B SaaS, 5+ years, agile, user research, roadmap planning, cross-functional leadership"). Click "Write Description" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as a competency model, a job architecture framework, or a competitor's job posting. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, bullet‑style panel. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable description drafting tool.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Write Description," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your job data and the model's draft description remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable, resizable panel that snaps to screen edges and collapses to a small icon when not in use. Press Escape to close it instantly, or click the collapse button to tuck it away. The panel remembers its position and size across sessions (if the host supports state persistence via BGAI.setState).
