Each element covers an essential aspect—a clear definition that explains what the metric measures, a simple calculation formula so you know how it's derived, a benchmark or industry standard to provide context, an interpretation guide to help you understand what the numbers really mean, and practical improvement tips to move the needle. The ranking ensures the most critical information appears first, making the explanation easy to digest and apply. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste the KPI name, metric, or business goal you want to understand. Be as specific as possible—include any context about your industry, company size, or specific use case (e.g., "Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for a B2B SaaS company," "Net Promoter Score in healthcare," or "Monthly Recurring Revenue growth rate"). Click "Explain KPI" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as a dashboard, a report, or a meeting agenda. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, bullet‑style panel. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable KPI explanation tool.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Explain KPI," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your KPI data and the model's explanation remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent costs $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Every subscription includes a 7-day free trial—no charge during that period, and you get the full 100 runs/month to evaluate thoroughly. Runs reset on your billing date; unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No long-term commitment, no setup fees, no hidden charges.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable, resizable panel that snaps to screen edges and collapses to a small icon when not in use. Press Escape to close it instantly, or click the collapse button to tuck it away. The panel remembers its position and size across sessions (if the host supports state persistence via BGAI.setState). It stays above page content, so you can keep it open while referencing dashboards, analytics tools, or business strategy documents.
