The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your loyalty program data and the model's message draft remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.
