HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your API key once—the host handles key storage securely via BGAI.setKey, so you never manage it yourself. Enter your kickoff call details in the input box: customer name, product/service being onboarded, team members from both sides, call objectives, key goals, important milestones, and timeline. Click "Draft agenda" to generate a structured agenda. You can also use the "Use page selection" button to pull in text from the current page—select relevant content and it will be inserted automatically. Review the draft, copy it with one click, and share it with your customer and internal team.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Draft agenda," the agent sends only the text you have typed or pasted into the input field (or selected via "Use page selection") to the BGAI.generate bridge. No other data—such as browsing history, system information, or user identifiers—is collected or transmitted. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; the content of your queries is not stored or retained. The request is truncated to BGAI.maxInput (6000 characters) before sending, and the model output is rendered locally with textContent—never innerHTML—for security.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent is available for $19.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—enough for drafting agendas for multiple customer kickoff calls. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime through your BotSurf account settings, and you will not be billed further after cancellation. THE PANEL

The agent runs as a panel in BotSurf, with a sticky header displaying the title, a message banner for status updates, and two cards—one for input and one for output. The panel is fully draggable, resizable, and supports snap-to-grid positioning. Press Escape to close the panel at any time. Panel position preferences can be saved using BGAI.setState for persistence across sessions.
