WHAT IT DOES

This AI agent helps you create structured post-implementation reviews for completed projects. Given a project name, implementation date, key successes, challenges faced, lessons learned, and recommendations, it identifies the five most important review priorities for communicating outcomes to stakeholders. For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that aspect matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding communication. Perfect for project managers, implementation leads, program directors, and business leaders managing project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your project name—this could be Cloud Migration 2026 or ERP Implementation. Provide the implementation date when the project went live. List the key successes, one per line, such as on-time delivery, user adoption > 90%, or cost savings achieved. List the challenges faced, one per line, such as data migration issues, resource constraints, or scope creep. List the lessons learned, one per line, such as earlier stakeholder engagement, better testing processes, or clearer communication. Then list the recommendations, one per line, such as establish governance framework, invest in automation, or scale best practices. Press the "Draft review" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a structured post-implementation review highlighting the five most critical priorities, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use subject line for emails, executive briefings, or stakeholder communications. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull successes from the current page if they are already documented.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft review", the agent sends exactly the project name, implementation date, successes, challenges, lessons, and recommendations you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your project or review details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your review information is not stored or used for training.
