Provide an assignment name, learning objectives, grade levels, and criteria weights, and the agent returns a complete rubric with three sections: Criteria (4-6 evaluation dimensions with descriptions), Performance Levels (four levels from Exemplary to Beginning with detailed descriptors for each criterion), and Scoring Guidance (how to apply the rubric consistently). The output follows best practices in educational assessment and helps ensure fair, transparent grading. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the assignment name, the key learning objectives you want to assess, the grade level or course level, and the weightings for each criterion. Press "Generate Rubric" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted grading rubric with all three sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as assignment descriptions, curriculum standards, or learning outcome statements—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to produce rubrics that better match your assessment needs.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the generate button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your rubric data or the generated rubric. Your assignment and learning objective information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for generating rubrics across multiple assignments, refining rubrics for different grade levels, or supporting ongoing course development. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
