For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that transition milestone matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding communication. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your service center name—this could be Global HR Shared Services, IT Service Center, or Finance Shared Services. List the current locations where services are delivered, one per line, such as New York, London, or Singapore. List the target locations where services will be moved, one per line, such as Dublin, Kuala Lumpur, or Mexico City. Provide the transition timeline describing when the move will occur. Then list the key services affected, one per line, such as payroll processing, IT helpdesk, HR administration, or accounts payable. Press the "Draft transition plan" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a structured transition plan highlighting the five most critical priorities, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use subject line for emails, town hall announcements, or stakeholder updates. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull services from the current page if they are already listed.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft transition plan", the agent sends exactly the service center name, current locations, target locations, timeline, and services you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your transition or operational details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your transition information is not stored or used for training.
