WHAT IT DOES

AI Subject Line Tester helps email marketers, copywriters, and business owners optimize email open rates by analyzing and comparing multiple subject lines. Provide a list of email subject lines (at least two), and the agent returns a structured analysis with three sections: Top Performers (a ranked list from best to worst with brief reasoning), Improvement Suggestions (specific, actionable recommendations for weaker subject lines), and Confidence Scores (a score from 1-10 for each subject line based on predicted open rates). The analysis draws on email marketing best practices, including urgency, personalization, curiosity, clarity, and length optimization. This tool helps you make data-informed decisions about which subject lines are most likely to drive engagement.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter your email subject lines, one per line. You can include up to 10 subject lines per run. Press "Test Subject Lines" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted analysis with all three sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as a list of draft subject lines from a document or spreadsheet—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your subject lines to improve your email campaign performance.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the test button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your subject lines or the generated analysis. Your subject line data is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for testing subject lines across multiple campaigns, refining options for different audiences, or supporting ongoing email marketing efforts. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
