Given an incoming TAM name, outgoing TAM name, client name, technical details, pending issues, and key contacts, it identifies the five most important handoff priorities for ensuring a smooth transition. For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that aspect matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding communication. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter the incoming TAM name—this could be Alex Rivera or Jamie Lee. Provide the outgoing TAM name, such as Chris Chen or Taylor Smith. Enter the client name, such as Acme Corp or Global Enterprises. List the technical details, one per line, such as cloud infrastructure setup, API integrations, custom configurations, or security protocols. When you press "Draft handoff", the agent sends exactly the incoming TAM, outgoing TAM, client name, technical details, pending issues, and key contacts you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your TAM or client details.
