About this app

WHAT IT DOES

AI Tenant Complaint Response Drafter helps property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals respond to tenant complaints quickly and professionally. Provide a tenant name, property address, complaint type, complaint details, and any previous actions, and the agent returns a structured response with four sections: Acknowledgment (thanking the tenant and confirming understanding of their issue), Investigation Plan (outlining how the issue will be reviewed), Timeline (expected timeframe for resolution), and Next Steps (actions the tenant should take and what to expect). The output maintains a professional, empathetic, and reassuring tone designed to de-escalate concerns and build trust with tenants.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the tenant's name, the property address, the type of complaint (e.g., maintenance, noise, billing), a detailed description of the issue, and any previous actions already taken. Press "Draft Response" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted response with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as maintenance tickets, tenant files, or complaint logs—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to produce responses that better match your property management standards.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the draft button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your complaint data or the generated response. Your tenant and property information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for responding to complaints across multiple properties, refining response templates for different issues, or supporting ongoing property management operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.

PLEASE NOTE

This agent uses a large language model to generate text based on patterns in its training data. While designed to be helpful, AI can produce responses that are off-tone, legally insufficient, or inconsistent with your property management policies. This tool provides a draft only and is not a substitute for professional property management, legal review, or tenant relations expertise. Always review generated responses for accuracy, tone, and compliance with local landlord-tenant laws before sending. For specific property decisions, consult with qualified property managers or legal counsel.
