This AI agent creates organized, engaging meeting recap drafts for Toastmasters clubs. Enter your club name, meeting recap details (speakers, topics, evaluations, awards), and any special notes. The agent returns a polished recap with a meeting overview, bulleted speakers and topics (maximum five items), recognitions and awards, and key takeaways. If you miss any critical detail—club name or recap details—the agent lists exactly what is missing instead of generating an incomplete recap.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your AI key once (the host validates it). Enter your Toastmasters club name, detailed meeting recap information, and any special notes. Press "Organize Recap" or click "Use Page Selection" to pull highlighted text from any page directly into your recap field. The panel displays a polished, organized recap. Copy it into your club newsletter, email communications, or social media.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends only the text you enter: club name, recap details, and special notes. No browsing history, cookies, page content, or personal data is transmitted. The request triggers only when you press the button or use the selection feature. Usage logs record run counts for billing; they do not store or transmit the content of your requests or the AI responses. Your recaps remain local to your session.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Includes 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial starts on installation and ends after 7 days or 100 runs, whichever comes first. After that, your card is charged monthly.

THE PANEL

Floating, draggable panel that stays out of your way. Snap it to any screen edge, collapse it to a small bubble, or dismiss it with the Escape key. The panel position persists across sessions if you have state persistence enabled in BotSurf. The collapsed bubble shows a star emoji for quick identification.
