About this app

WHAT IT DOES

This tool detects government form fields on any webpage—application numbers, case IDs, eligibility questions, personal information, and more—and provides field descriptions, explanations, and suggestions based on a saved government profile stored in GM_setValue. It scans the page for government-related fields, analyzes field labels, placeholders, and names, then matches them to your saved profile data. Each field shows a brief explanation of what it means and a suggested value. You can review each suggestion before filling it in, or fill all fields at once. The profile manager lets you save and update your government form information directly in the panel. This tool helps you understand and complete government forms, applications, and registrations more efficiently.

WHERE IT RUNS

The script runs on every website and web application you visit. It works with any page containing government forms—federal, state, and local government portals, passport applications, visa applications, voter registration, benefits applications, and more. It works regardless of framework—React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or plain HTML—and detects form fields as rendered in the browser.

HOW TO USE

Upon installation, a floating panel appears with the tool interface. First, enter your government profile information in the panel (application/case number, full name, email, phone, address, city, state, ZIP, country). Click "Save Profile" to store your data locally. Then navigate to any government form page and click "Scan & Suggest." The tool detects fields, matches them to your profile, and provides explanations and suggestions. Each field shows the label, suggested value, and a brief explanation. Click "Fill" on individual fields to apply them, or click "Fill All Fields" to fill the entire form at once. Review all suggestions before submitting your government form.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM: INTELLIGENT GOVERNMENT FIELD DETECTION WITH PROFILE MATCHING AND EXPLANATIONS

This tool uses a multi-layer approach to detect and match government form fields. It scans all visible form inputs, checking for associated labels (using for/id relationships, parent labels, aria-label, name, and placeholder attributes). It then matches detected fields against a comprehensive government field map that covers common field types (application, name, email, phone, address, city, state, zip, country, eligibility, purpose). Each field type has a pre-defined explanation to help users understand what information is needed. The tool first attempts local matching using keyword detection and profile values, then optionally uses AI for smarter matching when local matching finds no results. The AI analyzes field labels, profile data, and context to suggest the best values with explanations. All profile data is stored locally using GM_setValue and never leaves your browser except for AI requests.

THE PANEL

The panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per website using GM_setValue. It automatically snaps to the nearest screen edge when released for a clean workspace. Click the collapse button to minimize it to a small floating bubble that takes minimal space. Click the bubble to expand the panel back. The panel can be resized by dragging any edge or corner. Press the Escape key to close the panel temporarily, and click the extension icon to reopen it.

PLEASE NOTE

This script requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription for AI-powered matching. Local matching works without AI, but AI provides smarter field identification. Each AI request counts against your monthly usage cap. AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before use—the AI may occasionally suggest incorrect values. All profile data is stored locally in your browser and never transmitted except for AI requests. This tool is for informational purposes only and should not replace official government guidance. Always verify information with the relevant government agency.
