WHAT IT DOES This userscript adds real-time SLA tracking to your Help Scout mailbox. It reads each ticket's creation timestamp, status, and priority level, then calculates the SLA status based on configurable time limits per priority: urgent tickets (1 hour), high priority (4 hours), normal (24 hours), and low priority (72 hours).
