About this app

WHAT IT DOES

LinkedIn Bulk Job Save solves a common frustration: saving individual job postings on LinkedIn is tedious when you're browsing through dozens or hundreds of search results. LinkedIn lacks a native way to save multiple jobs at once. This tool reads the current LinkedIn job search results page, extracts job listing data including job titles, company names, locations, and URLs, and displays all visible jobs in a scrollable checklist. You can select multiple jobs, then save them all to your LinkedIn saved jobs list with a single click. The tool also supports unsaving selected jobs, making it easy to clean up your saved list. Each job shows a status indicator — green for already saved, gray for not saved — so you know which jobs are already in your collection. A live progress counter tracks each job as it's processed, and any errors are reported so you can retry failed saves.

WHERE IT RUNS

This extension panel runs directly inside your browser as an overlay on LinkedIn's job search results pages. It works on the main jobs feed, search results, and company job listings. The tool operates within LinkedIn's web interface and requires no additional API keys or permissions beyond the BotGentz extension. It works with both the desktop and mobile-responsive views of LinkedIn.

HOW TO USE

After installing the BotGentz extension and activating LinkedIn Bulk Job Save, navigate to a LinkedIn job search results page. Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar to open the panel. The tool automatically detects all job cards currently visible on the page. Each job appears with its title, company, location, and a status indicator (green dot for saved, gray dot for unsaved). Use the "Select All" toggle or individually check jobs. You can also filter jobs by title, company, or location using the filter input. Next, click "Save Selected" to add all checked jobs to your saved jobs list, or "Unsave Selected" to remove them. The tool processes each job sequentially with a 400ms delay, showing a progress counter. A notification appears when all operations complete, and the job list updates to reflect the new saved status of each job.

TECHNICAL OPERATION — DOM-Based Job Detection and Button Automation

Unlike API-based solutions that require OAuth tokens and complex integrations, this tool operates through direct DOM traversal and button automation. It scans the page for elements containing job data, extracting job IDs from `data-job-id` attributes, titles from job title elements, company names from company elements, and locations from location elements. The tool identifies the "Save" button on each job card by looking for elements with aria-labels containing "Save" or class names like `.save-job-button`. For each selected job, the tool programmatically clicks the save button, which triggers LinkedIn's native save functionality just as if you had clicked it manually. The tool detects whether a job is already saved by checking the button's aria-label or text content for indicators like "Unsave" or "Saved." After each click, the tool updates the internal saved status for that job and re-renders the list to show the updated status. This approach works entirely within the browser's existing session and requires no network requests or API keys.

THE PANEL

The extension panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per site session. It snaps to the nearest edge of the browser viewport when dragged within 50 pixels of any side. You can collapse the panel to a compact title bar using the minimize button, preserving your selection state. The panel resizes vertically by dragging the bottom edge. Press the Escape key to close the panel instantly without losing your job selection.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz browser extension to function. The script operates by clicking buttons on LinkedIn's interface and does not use LinkedIn's API. It only sees job cards that are currently rendered in the page's DOM. For best results, scroll to load more jobs before opening the panel, or use the "Refresh" button after scrolling. LinkedIn's UI structure may change over time, which could affect job detection and save button identification; we monitor and release compatibility updates as needed. The tool does not store, transmit, or log any job data, company information, or user activity. All operations occur locally in your browser session.
