WHAT IT DOES

This tool reads survey or questionnaire content from any webpage—survey questions, form labels, or selected text of survey items—and uses AI to draft thoughtful responses based on your saved preferences. It detects survey questions, analyzes the context, and returns a draft response for each question. You can set preferences like response tone (professional, casual, friendly), style (concise, detailed, balanced), default satisfaction level, and feedback style. Each draft response can be reviewed, copied, or applied directly to the form. This tool helps you save time on repetitive surveys, feedback forms, and questionnaires while maintaining consistent, thoughtful responses.

WHERE IT RUNS

The script runs on every website and web application you visit. It works with any page containing surveys—customer satisfaction surveys, feedback forms, employee engagement surveys, market research questionnaires, and more. It works regardless of framework—React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or plain HTML—and detects survey questions as rendered in the browser.

HOW TO USE

Upon installation, a floating panel appears with the tool interface. First, set your preferences in the panel (tone, style, satisfaction level, feedback style). Click "Save Preferences" to store your settings. Then navigate to any survey page and click "Scan & Draft Responses." The tool detects survey questions, sends them to the AI with your preferences, and returns draft responses. Each response shows the question and the drafted answer. Click "Fill" on individual responses to apply them to the form, or click "Fill All Responses" to fill the entire survey at once. Review all responses before submitting.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM: INTELLIGENT SURVEY QUESTION DETECTION WITH AI RESPONSE DRAFTING

This tool uses a multi-layer approach to detect survey questions. It scans the page for common survey elements (labels, question containers, form labels) and identifies text that looks like a question (ending with '?', containing words like "select", "choose", "rate", "how", "what"). It then finds the associated input element (text input, select, textarea) for each question. The AI receives the question list and user preferences, then drafts appropriate responses in a consistent tone. The responses are parsed and mapped to the original questions for easy application. All preferences are stored locally using GM_setValue and never leave your browser except for AI requests.

THE PANEL

The panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per website using GM_setValue. It automatically snaps to the nearest screen edge when released for a clean workspace. Click the collapse button to minimize it to a small floating bubble that takes minimal space. Click the bubble to expand the panel back. The panel can be resized by dragging any edge or corner. Press the Escape key to close the panel temporarily, and click the extension icon to reopen it.

This script requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription. Each survey response draft counts against your monthly AI usage cap. AI-generated responses should be reviewed before use—the AI may occasionally suggest inappropriate or inconsistent responses. All preference data is stored locally in your browser and never transmitted except for AI requests. This tool is designed for productivity assistance and is not an autonomous agent that acts without review.
