It works on any webpage displaying account suspension notices, ban messages, appeal form pages, or enforcement communication from online platforms. Common sources include social media platforms, online forums, e-commerce sites, gaming platforms, content management systems, and professional networks.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays an account suspension notice, ban message, or appeal form. Open the BotGentz extension and select Account Suspension Appeal Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Click the "Draft Appeal" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant suspension text and sends it to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional appeal draft in the panel that acknowledges the violation, explains context, and requests reinstatement. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for submission.

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on platform enforcement and suspension communication patterns. Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the notification text and surrounding structural markers (case numbers, violation codes, policy citations, date stamps). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a suspension notice using features like directive language frequency ("you have violated," "your account has been"), severity markers ("permanent," "temporary," "final"), policy reference patterns, and appeal procedure mentions. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into four core categories: the violation cited, the policy reference, the account status, and the available action steps. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided name and email, are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete appeal letter with standardized sections (acknowledgment, explanation, request, commitment), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
