The AI Role Responsibility Matrix Builder helps operations leaders, project managers, and process owners clarify roles and eliminate accountability gaps through structured RACI matrices. You provide a process/activity list, roles, and any specific responsibilities or concerns, and the agent returns a structured RACI matrix with three essential sections: Activities (the key tasks or processes being mapped), Roles (the people or teams involved), RACI Assignments (clear Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed designations per role per activity), and Key Observations (insights on overlaps, gaps, and recommended adjustments). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the matrix focuses on the five most critical activities and role assignments—ensuring teams can quickly resolve ambiguity and align on who does what. This is ideal for operating model design, process improvement, project governance, and organisational design projects where role clarity is essential.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your process/activity list and roles into the input box, along with any specific responsibilities or concerns. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Build matrix” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured RACI matrix with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture data from process maps, job descriptions, or workshop outputs without manual retyping. The agent handles any activity set, from operational workflows to project phases to governance processes.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Build matrix” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your matrix data.

THE PANEL

Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
