WHAT IT DOES

Best Deal Finder Summary scans shopping pages—product listings, search results, comparison tables, and review sections—and uses AI to generate a concise summary of the best deals available. It identifies the top-rated product options per price tier, highlights price-to-performance leaders, and flags any exceptional discounts or warnings. The AI output is a short, skimmable list of recommended products with key specs and price, helping you quickly spot the best value without manually scanning dozens of listings.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool runs as a userscript inside the BotGentz extension on any shopping website (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, Walmart, and thousands more). All page content is processed locally before being sent to the AI backend—no data is stored or shared beyond the current analysis request.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any product search results page, category listing, or comparison table. Open the panel and click "Find Best Deals." The tool will read the page content, extract product information, and send it to the AI for analysis. Within seconds, you'll receive a clear summary of the best deals found, including top overall pick, best value option, and any standout discounts or warnings. Customize the analysis with settings: max products to read, minimum rating filter, price cap, and output format (table or plain text). Use the settings to focus the AI's attention on what matters most to you.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM

The tool uses smart content extraction to identify product listings across diverse shopping sites. It scans for common product container selectors (product-card, search-result, listing-item) and fallbacks to broader content extraction when needed. It also detects comparison tables and review sections to provide richer context for the AI. The extracted data is sent to a dedicated AI backend that analyzes price-to-performance ratios, evaluates ratings and review sentiment, and identifies outlier deals. The AI is instructed to return a structured, skimmable summary under 1,024 tokens—no preamble, no meta-commentary, just actionable deal recommendations.

THE PANEL

The panel can be dragged anywhere on screen, snapped to the edge, resized, collapsed, and closed with Escape. It remembers its position per site and stays out of your way until you need it.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription. The AI replies are generated and should be reviewed before making purchasing decisions. Sites change frequently; if the tool stops working on a particular site, it may need updating. All data processing is local except for the AI request itself—no browsing data is collected or stored.
