WHAT IT DOES

Bulk Review Sentiment Summarizer reads product review sections, customer feedback, and ratings from shopping pages—Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and others—and uses AI to produce a concise summary of overall review sentiment. It extracts key insights: overall sentiment (positive, negative, or mixed), average rating and number of reviews, the most common praise themes (quality, performance, value, ease of use, design), the most common complaint themes (durability, size/fit, customer support, shipping issues, misleading description), and an overall recommendation summary with a final verdict for the shopper. The AI output is a short bulleted summary that helps you quickly understand what customers really think.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool runs as a userscript inside the BotGentz extension on any website. All page content is processed locally before being sent to the AI backend—no data is stored or shared beyond the current analysis request. It works on product detail pages, review sections, feedback pages, and rating summaries.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any product page that has customer reviews. Open the panel and click "Analyze Review Sentiment." The tool will scan the page for review content, ratings, and feedback, and send the extracted text to the AI for analysis. Within seconds, you'll receive a clear summary with overall sentiment, average rating, common praise themes, common complaint themes, and a final verdict. Use the settings to customize the output: include or exclude praise/complaint themes, choose bullet points or plain text format, and select brief or detailed length.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM

The tool uses smart content extraction to locate review data across diverse shopping platforms. It scans for common review selectors (reviews, review-section, customer-reviews, product-reviews, rating-section, feedback-section) and falls back to keyword-based detection (review, rating, star, quality, value, recommend) when needed. The extracted text is then sent to a dedicated AI backend that analyzes sentiment, identifies praise and complaint themes, and generates a recommendation summary. The AI is instructed to return a structured summary under 1,024 tokens—no preamble, just the sentiment analysis. The response is formatted as a clean bulleted list with the sentiment highlighted.

THE PANEL

The panel can be dragged anywhere on screen, snapped to the edge, resized, collapsed, and closed with Escape. It remembers its position per site and stays out of your way until you need it.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription. The AI replies are generated and should be verified by reading reviews yourself before making purchasing decisions. Sites change frequently; if the tool stops working on a particular site, it may need updating. All data processing is local except for the AI request itself—no browsing data is collected or stored.
