Common sources include subscription services, software-as-a-service platforms, membership portals, telecom providers, and account management pages.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a cancellation form, subscription management page, or confirmation notice. Open the BotGentz extension and select Email Reply Confirming a Cancellation from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter the service or subscription name in the provided field. Optionally, enter the effective cancellation date. Select your preferred style (concise or detailed) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Confirmation" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant cancellation details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a clear, professional cancellation confirmation email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
