Common sources include email clients, LinkedIn messages, business networking platforms, CRM systems, and internal business development portals.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a partnership inquiry, collaboration request, or business development message. Open the BotGentz extension and select Email Reply to a Partnership Inquiry from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name, email address, and company/organization name in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter the proposed next step and, optionally, a key synergy or alignment point. Select your preferred style (formal or friendly) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Reply" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant inquiry details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, enthusiastic partnership reply in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.
