You can choose between a specific times or time range format, include your time zone, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your email client.

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying interview invitations, scheduling requests, calendar availability options, or similar professional communications. Common sources include email clients, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and company career portals.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays an interview invitation, scheduling request, or calendar availability options. Open the BotGentz extension and select Interview Availability Reply Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter your available time slots, your time zone, and optionally an alternative suggestion. Select your preferred format (specific times or time range) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Reply" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant invitation details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, clear availability confirmation email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on interview invitation and scheduling communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing interview and scheduling indicators such as "interview," "schedule," "calendar," "availability," "time," "date," "meeting," "call," "video," "phone," and "recruiter." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the invitation text and surrounding structural markers (proposed times, company names, recruiter details, calendar links). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of an interview invitation using features like scheduling language frequency ("please let us know," "time slots," "available," "confirm"), time markers, company references, and interview format indicators. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into three core categories: the proposed times, the interview format (phone, video, in-person), and any scheduling instructions. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, time slots, time zone, alternative note, and format preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete availability reply with standardized sections (greeting, confirmation of availability with specific times, time zone information, alternative suggestion if applicable, enthusiasm statement, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

Websites change their interview page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
