You can choose between a standard or detailed style, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your email client.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying job descriptions, application summaries, interview invitations, or similar job-related content. Common sources include job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), company career pages, email clients, and recruitment platforms.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a job description, application summary, or interview invitation. Open the BotGentz extension and select Job Application Reply Confirming Interest from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Optionally, enter the job title and a key qualification or experience. Enter the next step you are confirming (e.g., interview, application). Select your preferred style (standard or detailed) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Reply" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant job details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, enthusiastic interest confirmation email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

TECHNICAL SECTION — JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATION EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on job posting and professional communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing job indicators such as "job," "position," "role," "employment," "career," "opportunity," "responsibilities," "requirements," "qualifications," and "salary." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the job description data and surrounding structural markers (job titles, company names, key responsibilities, required skills, experience levels). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a job description using features like professional language frequency ("responsibilities," "requirements," "skills," "experience"), job title patterns, company references, and qualification markers. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into four core categories: the job title and company, key responsibilities, required qualifications and skills, and any application instructions or deadlines. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, job title, qualification, next step, and style preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete interest confirmation email with standardized sections (greeting, confirmation of interest, qualification highlight, enthusiasm statement, next-step eagerness, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

AI-generated interest confirmation emails are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss role nuances or misread qualification alignment. Websites change their job page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
