WHAT IT DOES

Product Size Guide Interpreter reads product size guides, size charts, and measurement tables from clothing, footwear, and accessory product pages, and uses AI to produce a clear, plain-language explanation of how the product fits. It extracts key information: available sizes, size conversions (US, UK, EU, JP), measurements for each size (chest, waist, hip, inseam, length, etc.), fit type (true to size, runs small, runs large, slim fit, relaxed fit), model measurements, and any specific fit notes. The AI output is a short bulleted summary with a fit recommendation for the shopper based on typical sizing standards.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool runs as a userscript inside the BotGentz extension on any website. All page content is processed locally before being sent to the AI backend—no data is stored or shared beyond the current analysis request. It works on clothing product pages, footwear pages, accessory pages, size guide sections, and size chart tables.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any product page that contains a size guide or size chart—a clothing, shoe, or accessory product. Open the panel and click "Interpret Size Guide." The tool will scan the page for size content, measurement tables, and fit information, and send the extracted text to the AI for analysis. Within seconds, you'll receive a clear summary with available sizes, conversions, measurements, fit type, model info, and a fit recommendation. Use the settings to customize the output: include or exclude conversions, model measurements, and fit notes, and choose bullet points or plain text format.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM

The tool uses smart content extraction to locate size guide data across diverse product pages. It scans for common size selectors (size-guide, size-chart, sizing, size-table, measurements, product-sizing, fit-guide) and falls back to keyword-based detection (size, measurement, fit, chest, waist, hip, inseam, length, sizing, model) when needed. It also captures size tables and measurement data. The extracted text is then sent to a dedicated AI backend that identifies sizes, conversions, measurements, fit type, and model information, and generates a fit recommendation. The AI is instructed to return a structured summary under 1,024 tokens—no preamble, just the size guide interpretation. The response is formatted as a clean bulleted list with the recommendation highlighted.

THE PANEL

The panel can be dragged anywhere on screen, snapped to the edge, resized, collapsed, and closed with Escape. It remembers its position per site and stays out of your way until you need it.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription. The AI replies are generated and should be verified against the official size chart before purchasing. Fit preferences vary by individual. Sites change frequently; if the tool stops working on a particular site, it may need updating. All data processing is local except for the AI request itself—no browsing data is collected or stored.
