AI Contract Closeout Summariser
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
The AI Contract Closeout Summariser helps procurement professionals, contract managers, and legal teams document contract completion efficiently and thoroughly. You provide contract closeout details—contract name, parties, end date, final deliverables, payments, and any specific concerns—and the agent returns a structured closeout summary with five essential sections: Contract Overview (a concise summary of the contract, its purpose, and key parties), Final Deliverables/Acceptance (what was delivered, accepted, and any outstanding items), Financial Settlement (final payments, adjustments, and reconciliation status), Post-Closeout Obligations (warranties, ongoing support, confidentiality, and audit rights), and Lessons Learned (key takeaways, successes, and improvement opportunities for future contracts). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the summary focuses on the five most critical closeout items—ensuring teams can finalise contracts with confidence and complete records for audit and reference. This is ideal for procurement teams, contract administrators, legal counsel, and project managers who need to close out contracts properly and capture learnings.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your contract closeout details into the input box—contract name, parties, end date, final deliverables, payments, and concerns. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Summarise closeout” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured summary with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture details from contract files, financial records, or project closure notes without manual retyping. The agent handles any contract type, from service agreements to supplier contracts to professional services engagements.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Summarise closeout” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your closeout data.
SUBSCRIPTION
$19.99/month with a 7‑day free trial (no charge during trial). Includes 100 runs per month; unused runs do not roll over. You may cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings—no penalties, no questions asked. After cancellation, access ends at the current billing period’s close. The free trial is a great way to test the agent with your actual contract closeout data before committing.
THE PANEL
Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
PLEASE NOTE
AI may misinterpret contract terms or miss post-closeout obligations. Always validate closeout summaries against the actual contract terms, financial records, and organisational policies. This tool provides general information and documentation support only—it does not constitute professional procurement, legal, or financial advice. Users must independently verify all deliverables, payments, and obligations with legal counsel and finance teams. The agent is an assistant, not a substitute for qualified procurement or legal professionals.
