About this app

WHAT IT DOES

AI Vendor Payment Terms Summarizer helps procurement professionals, accounts payable teams, and contract managers quickly extract and summarize key payment terms from vendor contracts and payment agreements. Provide a vendor contract or payment agreement text, and the agent returns a structured summary with four sections: Payment Schedule (when payments are due, including net terms and milestones), Discount Terms (early payment discounts or volume-based incentives), Late Payment Penalties (fees, interest rates, or consequences for overdue payments), and Key Conditions (important prerequisites, requirements, or exceptions). The output makes it easy to compare terms across vendors, identify risks, and ensure compliance with payment policies.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, paste the vendor contract or payment agreement text you want to summarize. Press "Summarize Terms" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted summary with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as scanned contracts, payment clauses, or procurement documents—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your text to get more precise summaries.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the summarize button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your contract data or the generated summary. Your contract and payment information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for summarizing multiple vendor contracts, comparing payment terms across vendors, or supporting ongoing procurement and AP operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.

PLEASE NOTE

This agent uses a large language model to generate text based on patterns in its training data. While designed to be helpful, AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpreted summaries. This tool provides a draft summary only and is not a substitute for professional contract review, legal analysis, or financial verification. Payment terms may have significant financial and legal implications. Always verify summarized terms against the original contract and consult with qualified legal or finance professionals before making decisions. For specific contract decisions, consult with qualified attorneys or financial advisors.
