About this app

WHAT IT DOES

AI Vendor Work Order Writer helps procurement professionals, project managers, and operations teams create clear, professional work orders for vendors. Provide a vendor name, scope of work, required deliverables, timeline, and budget, and the agent returns a structured work order draft with four sections: Work Scope (a detailed description of the work to be performed), Deliverables (specific outputs or milestones with due dates), Timeline (key dates and deadlines), and Payment Terms (fee structure and payment schedule). The output is designed to be clear, specific, and professionally binding, helping to ensure mutual understanding between you and your vendor partners.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the vendor name, a detailed description of the scope of work, the required deliverables, the project timeline, and the budget. Press "Write Work Order" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted work order draft with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as project plans, requirement documents, or vendor proposals—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to create work orders that better match your project needs.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the write button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your work order data or the generated draft. Your vendor and project information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for drafting work orders across multiple vendors, refining terms for different project types, or supporting ongoing procurement operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.

PLEASE NOTE

This agent uses a large language model to generate text based on patterns in its training data. While designed to be helpful, AI can produce incomplete, ambiguous, or legally insufficient work orders. This tool provides a draft only and is not a substitute for professional contract management, legal review, or procurement strategy. Work orders may have significant financial and legal implications. Always review generated work orders for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with your organization's policies before issuing. For specific procurement decisions, consult with qualified procurement professionals or legal counsel.
