HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your product information, customer questions, or support topics into the input box. You can paste product descriptions, feature lists, common customer questions, support ticket summaries, or any information that would help answer customer questions. The agent works with any FAQ topic — from product features to billing to troubleshooting. Once your text is in the box, press the "Build FAQ" button. Within moments, you'll receive a structured FAQ ready for publication. You can use the panel's drag, snap, and collapse features to position it alongside your content planning tools. Press Escape to close the panel when you're done. The agent remembers nothing between sessions — each run starts fresh with only the text you provide.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press the button, the agent sends exactly the text you have placed in the input box — nothing more, nothing less. It does not access your browser history, files, clipboard, or any other data. It does not track your activity outside the agent. Usage logs record only run counts for billing purposes, never the content of your product information or FAQs. Your confidential product and support information remains private. THE PANEL
