HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your NPS comments, customer feedback, or open-ended survey responses into the input box. You can paste comments from promoters, passives, and detractors, or any open-ended feedback from your surveys. The agent works with any feedback source — from NPS surveys to customer reviews to support follow-ups. Once your text is in the box, press the "Categorise Comments" button. Within moments, you'll receive a structured categorisation ready for reporting or action planning. You can use the panel's drag, snap, and collapse features to position it alongside your customer feedback tools. Press Escape to close the panel when you're done.
