This AI agent helps you create clear, accessible explanations of procurement card policies. Given a policy name, card types, spending limits, allowed categories, and compliance requirements, it identifies the five most important explanation priorities for clarifying the policy to cardholders. For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that aspect matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding communication. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your policy name—this could be Corporate P-Card Policy, Travel & Expense Card Policy, or Purchasing Card Guidelines. List the card types available, one per line, such as corporate purchasing card, travel card, fuel card, or one-time use virtual card. List the spending limits, one per line, such as $5,000 per transaction, $25,000 monthly limit, or $500 for travel expenses. WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Explain policy", the agent sends exactly the policy name, card types, spending limits, allowed categories, and compliance requirements you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your policy or procurement details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your policy information is not stored or used for training.
