AI Supplier Email Chaser helps procurement professionals, buyers, and supply chain managers craft professional, courteous follow-up emails to suppliers. Provide a supplier name, the subject of the email, the last contact date, and the reason for chasing, and the agent returns a structured chase email with four sections: Subject Line (clear and professional), Polite Opening (a respectful greeting), Chase Message (a specific request with context), and Closing (a courteous sign-off). The email is designed to be professional and effective, helping you get the responses you need while maintaining positive supplier relationships.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the supplier name, the subject of the email, the last contact date, and the reason for chasing. Press "Draft Chaser" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted chase email with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as supplier records, email threads, or notes—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to get more tailored emails.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the draft button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your supplier data or the generated email. Your procurement information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for drafting chase emails for multiple suppliers, following up on different topics, or supporting ongoing procurement operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
