About this app
WHAT IT DOES
This tool reads angry customer messages from any webpage—complaints, negative reviews, frustrated support tickets, or selected text of an upset customer—and uses AI to draft a calm, empathetic, de-escalating response. It extracts the customer's message, analyzes the frustration points, and returns a response that acknowledges the customer's anger, validates their feelings, and offers a clear path forward. You can choose from three response tones: Empathetic (deeply understanding), Professional (calm and reassuring), or Calming (de-escalating). The response appears in the panel where you can review and edit it before sending. This tool helps support agents and customer service teams respond to difficult situations with confidence, reducing emotional labor and improving customer satisfaction.
WHERE IT RUNS
The script runs on every website and web application you visit. It works with any page containing angry customer messages—complaint pages, review platforms (Trustpilot, Google Reviews), support tickets, social media mentions, feedback forms, and more. It works regardless of framework—React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or plain HTML—and extracts content from the page as rendered in the browser.
HOW TO USE
Upon installation, a floating panel appears with the tool interface. Select the angry customer message on the page (or navigate to a page containing the message), choose your preferred response tone (Empathetic, Professional, or Calming), and click "Scan & Generate Response." The tool extracts the message and sends it to the AI bridge. Within seconds, the AI returns a calm, de-escalating response. The panel shows the source content preview and the generated response. Click "Copy Response" to copy the response to your clipboard, or "Copy Message" to copy the original text. Review and personalize the response before sending it to the customer.
TECHNICAL MECHANISM: INTELLIGENT ANGRY CUSTOMER MESSAGE EXTRACTION WITH AI DE-ESCALATION
This tool uses a multi-layer approach to extract angry customer messages. It first checks for user-selected text, then looks for common complaint containers (complaint, review, feedback, ticket, message), then scans main content areas. The extracted text is cleaned and formatted for the AI. The tool attempts WebMCP (navigator.modelContext) first if available—a W3C proposal for structured tool calls—falling back to the AI backend via GM_xmlhttpRequest. The AI is prompted to return a calm, empathetic response that validates the customer's feelings and offers a clear path forward in the selected tone. The response is returned as plain text with no preamble, ready for review.
THE PANEL
The panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per website using GM_setValue. It automatically snaps to the nearest screen edge when released for a clean workspace. Click the collapse button to minimize it to a small floating bubble that takes minimal space. Click the bubble to expand the panel back. The panel can be resized by dragging any edge or corner. Press the Escape key to close the panel temporarily, and click the extension icon to reopen it.
PLEASE NOTE
This script requires the free BotGentz extension and an active AI subscription. Each response generation counts against your monthly AI usage cap. AI-generated responses should be reviewed and personalized before use—the AI may occasionally miss nuance or suggest a tone that doesn't fit your brand. As websites frequently update their structure, scripts may need occasional updates to maintain content extraction accuracy. All data processing happens locally except for the AI request—only the extracted customer message is sent to the AI backend. No browsing history or personal information is transmitted or stored. This tool is designed for customer support assistance and is not an autonomous agent that acts without review.
